La familia Alvarado comenzó en 1990 en los "Latin American", eran ayudantes de cocina. Después de 4 años Juan Jose Alvarado fue "Chef" de cocina, comenzo a trabajar en Sergio's como maestro de cocina, en donde más tarde tuvo la oportunidad de ser el administrador asistente y en el año 2005 abrio su propio negocio con el nombre de "Caribe Cafe Restaurant", que fue fundado en 1978.Actualmente cuentan con 4 restaurantes, Caribe Cafe restaurante le ofrece una variedad de platos típicos cubanos como nuestra especialidad.
