The Alvarado family began in 1990 as kitchen assistants. After 4 years, Juan Jose Alvarado was the kitchen "Chef" and began to work at
Sergio's as Head Chef. In the year 2005, he opened his own business, "Caribe Cafe Restaurant", that was founded in 1978.
